Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Your data belongs to you, and you can delete it at any time.

To delete your SoulCare account, open the SoulCare app and go to Profile → Delete Account. This is the fastest option and deletes your account immediately.

If you no longer have the app installed, contact info@soulcarecycle.com and request SoulCare account deletion. If your account has an email address, we may ask you to verify that email. If your account was created anonymously on a device, we may need enough support information to locate the correct account, such as your display name, church, approximate sign-up date, and any Support ID shown in the app. Verified web-initiated deletion requests are typically completed within 7 days.

Account deletion permanently removes your profile, Soul Care Cycle sessions, Quick Check-Ins, prayers, scripture pathways, privacy preferences, consent records, accountability partner links, and church membership association, subject to the limited operational records described in the Privacy Policy.
